I did this one this AM! I really liked it too! That one arm lateral raise/scarecrow move while holding the tubing
out with your other arm was tough. My arm holding that tubing out was like a "drone in a hover pattern"..
it was all over the place!!! LOL!
 
I like what I see and I may just purchase it. How long is it?

I used the red band for all the exercises. Made it so it was more difficult. Next time I will use the blue band for some of the exercises.
 
Nicki, you can purchase the download and should be able to download to a USB flash drive. I do, using
my Chromebook and a USB drive. I know, with the Chromebook, I have to set it up before I purchase and
start the download, to be sure it downloads to the USB drive and not the computer (Chromebook)...Not sure what you would be using to download.

No, it shouldn’t, but I know if I am going to download one, before I purchase, etc. I go
into my settings & downloads, put in my usb drive, & switch it to download directly to
the usb, rather than the computer….it always has worked fine. You might check to
see if you have to do something like that too. You might “practice” with that free
CL leg workout first, before you buy something, just to see if it works correctly.

I purchased this express workout, did it today. The scare crow combination challenged my coordination. It's a great exercise for shoulder. I love those isolation moves. I too need another band.
