Today on Cathe Live: Upper Body Power Sculpt Express
We’ll be doing ”Upper Body Power Sculpt Express”! This fast paced, intense, workout wastes no time. You’ll work your entire upper body in grouped sets. Each grouping gets repeated for three sets (12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps). There are no breaks between each set. You’ll finish with a round of core, however, that grouping does not get repeated.
Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells ranging from 5lbs -20lbs
