Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 9:30 am EST we’ll be doing “Upper Body Burn” Live! Time to turn up the heat with this upper body and core strength workout. We’ll focus on one body part at a time as we make our way through this solid “waist up” workout!
Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: 5 thru 15 pounds (heavier and/or lighter if desired)
One medium tension resistance tube
A full-sized step with two or three risers under each side to act as a weight bench only
A fitness mat (or mini step mat)
