Equipment needed:
A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 5-15’s… but feel free to use heavier or lighter if preferred)
A full-size step with two risers under each side (to be used as a weight bench only)
A mini mat for the step (or a regular-sized mat, if you don’t have one)
