This was my first workout after having been ill for a week. I managed everything; but I went too heavy on the cross back lunges and it got very ugly! It was great to workout live with you Cathe ♥️

I wanted to purchase this one, but when putting it in the cart and going to next page,
it normally lists the title of the workout on the left and something didn’t look right. Instead of the title, it was a lot of “mumbo jumbo, like jpg, uploads, backward slashes, etc. I did not go thru with the purchase as I have never seen that. I sent email to CS, I didn’t want to purchase and then not be able to start the download. Maybe it didn’t get
uploaded properly. Hope someone will check.
 
Upon checking again and it's still the same, instead of the title of the workout on that page
on the left, (like it is for all the other CL downloads), it is a web address for upload of the
workout.........to me, it looks like maybe something wasn't completed....maybe I'm wrong,
but was afraid to try and complete purchase and attempt the download, and not be able
to get it.
