I am back, with my review of this one…I really liked it, so much I purchased it:)….great
metabolic/compound exercises combos, some new moves, with 4 cardio’s sprinkled
here & there. Cardio’s are rope climbs, jack/jab combo, battle ropes & double pulse
lifts…. Some favorites is the beginning bodyweight combo of Crossback lunges,
prisoner squats & side bends. Then with weights, the new Cross Punch move,
triple rows with circle hammer curl forward then in reverse…Front swing with oblique
twist, underhand rows with biceps complex, Crossbody lifts, singles & double with
3 rear delt flys complex & new single arm Arnold press with knee twist. I really liked
the warmup too(especially “playing a harp”) which is a mini ball move we’ve done, minus
the mini ball and a neat little stretch. Everything standing….

I did this one yesterday and really liked it too. Choosing the right weight was a bit of a challenge and this is definitely one I want to repeat now that I have a better idea of what weight I need. For instance, the weight I would normally use for triple rows I knew would be too heavy for the circle hammer curls, so I went with the weight I would normally use for hammer curls. It turned out this was a bit light. Also, I was actually able to jump the jack/jab combo for the first time in 2 years. I still modified the other jumping moves. My hip has improved a lot, but I still have to be careful.
