With PHA (peripheral heart action) training you rapidly alternate between upper and lower body exercises to keep the heart rate up and encourage better muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance benefits without maxing out one muscle group for too long. PHA -No Repeats will follow this pattern of upper to lower, however, no group of exercises will ever be repeated. It’s just one long mega set!
Equipment Needed:
A full-sized step with three risers under each side
A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using 5’s through 15’s)
