Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 9:30 am EST, we’ll be doing “Feel The Reps: Upper Body and Core” LIVE! This upper body and core express workout leaves no time for downtime. After the warm-up, you’ll start off with core work and then move into nonstop upper body exercise exercises. There is not a lot of rest between exercises so choose your weights accordingly.

Equipment Needed:

A full-size step with four risers underneath each side (to act as a weight bench)
Dumbbells ranging from 5-15 pounds
A full-size mat (if you have a mini step mat you might want to additionally use that for this out too)

Nice express workout......gonna try it out soon!

New idea: really like the very short core section at the beginning....maybe another time when there's a short
little core section with an upper body workout, try standing ab/core moves (think Weight plate abs) using a balance disc instead of a weight plate for a change & variety. (LOL- I don't give up! :))
