This workout has 6 rounds that each start off with an intense cardio blast followed by 3 solid upper body exercises! Keep yourself accountable by grabbing dumbbells that challenge you for each round!

Dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 20lbs

I did this Cathe Live. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it could be. There are no burpees! Yea! The only thing that was the most challenging was the bear crawl. This is a good one if you don’t have much time. It was like 38 minutes!!

Even though it had cardio, you can heavy up on this one. The cardio has exercises from Perfect 30 Low Impact. You can modify or make the cardio harder.
