Cathe, you're kicking my butt!

Cathe, I just wanted to say your tapes have really humbled me. Here I was thinking I was an advanced exerciser (been working out for years, both lifting and cardio, doing all varieties) and then I stumbled upon your tapes. I tried the MIS Cardio yesterday, just the hi/lo portion because my step hasn't arrived yet. Well, its a good thing I had that excuse because I doubt I could have done the step portion anyway! You kicked my butt! I've been sitting on a plateau for years now and I think I've finally found what's going to knock me off of it. YOU! My original plan was to get some ideas for teaching my own aerobics class (as previously noted in other posts I'm taking my ACE exam May 5) but now I'll be doing your tapes to reach my own fitness goals. Thanks!
 
The Hi/LO section of MIC is quite a killer!!!! It's amazing to me that some people can do the step section right after the Hi/Lo. One of these days, I hope to be one of them!

My guess is it will be quite some time before I'll be able to do both. In the meantime, seperate, they're great high intensity short workouts for days I dont have a full hour.
