Cathe, I just wanted to say your tapes have really humbled me. Here I was thinking I was an advanced exerciser (been working out for years, both lifting and cardio, doing all varieties) and then I stumbled upon your tapes. I tried the MIS Cardio yesterday, just the hi/lo portion because my step hasn't arrived yet. Well, its a good thing I had that excuse because I doubt I could have done the step portion anyway! You kicked my butt! I've been sitting on a plateau for years now and I think I've finally found what's going to knock me off of it. YOU! My original plan was to get some ideas for teaching my own aerobics class (as previously noted in other posts I'm taking my ACE exam May 5) but now I'll be doing your tapes to reach my own fitness goals.
