That's why I usually keep things general and leave specific nutritional information to nutritionists and registered dieticians since this is their forte. Actually, being that you already have established some communication with a nutritionist, be sure to ask him/her for 6 day small meal sample menu's. They will be able to elaborate for you plus they can factor in your daily activity level so that your meals have the right energy sources to support your activity level. I hope this helps!
