It was nice seeing Cathe in real clothes. Fabulous! I wish we heard more from Cathe regarding exercise/fitness than Susan Powter who IMO is a little too much to take first thing in the morning.

I too would like to see Cathe on Oprah. Cathe is a great motivator and inspiration- More women in America need to know who YOU are.
 
I almost missed your segment - they really didn't "tease" it at all! What a contrast between you and Susan Powter - you're much more modest, and it's becoming on you. I would LOVE to have been a mouse in the Green Room to see you two meet and compare notes! You looked MAH-VELOUS! Kudos to your Doc, too!

You were fantastic! You didn't look nervous at all and you were gracious in your comments and conduct. I loved your outfit--it was perfect for showing off your magnificent arms. You were a class act all the way and you did us proud!

Boy, to see you there looking great made me feel good. Your hair grows so fast. That's just another indication of how healthy you are, and it shows. I wanted to shout out "there's my girl"! I wish they would have showed the clip of the true drill seargent in action during the Step Blast Challenge when we are ready to die, and you look tough it out!

You are absolutely stunning Cathe! Loved your hair also. Perfect color/length/style for you. It was so neat to watch and to think we "know" you! I, too, wish they had at least put cathedotcom up on the screen as a way to thank you for your time. Hopefully after seeing the clip of your workout people will search for you. We can't wait to hear all about your trip after you return. GREAT JOB!

You looked awesome!!!!!!!!! I tape the show and as soon as I had the kids up and going started rewinding so I could watch. Love the longer hair look!!!! BTW, you don't look like someone who's been on the injured list :)
 
Cathe, although I have never met you I feel like you are almost like an acquaintance of mine since I have been working out with you since 1995. I was very proud of you!! You looked great and were very well spoken, although I'm not surprised at all.
