Cathe what bpm do you use for your classes?

Hi Cathe,
I work at a local ymca and I would love to start teaching my own classes and was wondering the bpm you use for different types of classes. For instance HI/Lo, bootcamp/kickboxing, body sculpting and seniors. Thanks so much and I can't wait to see you in Daytona.

I know I'm not Cathe...So I hope you don't mind me posting -
I teach boot camp and h/l.
For boot camp - I use between 130-134,
and for h/l, I use 134-138 (138 being really fast!!)

I was listening to some hi/lo muscic cds and the bpm were 140-150 and I thought that was too fast. Thanks for answering.

It makes 60 minute workouts based on what rpms you want...I have used it a few times and really like it!
