Cathe what are line taps?

Hi Cathe,
I will be trying out for your audition in Daytona and I can't seem to remember what a line tap is. I cannot wait to go to Daytona. It's going to be a ton of fun!!! Also do we need to send our paragraph to you before the road trip or do we just give it to you there?

Line Taps

Hi Kristin,

In the write-up for for the DVD Drill Max, line taps are described as "squat low to touch the floor and then squat-hop to the other side". If you have the DVD, have a look. It's in the Cardio #1 section.

I'm going to try out too! If I can still walk after the number of workouts we'll be doing with Cathe! Haha! I've never participated in weekend things like this before so I'm quite excited!
