Cathe video you can't do without.

If I could only keep one of cathes videos it would be BC. Even though I love all of her workouts, I would have to keep this one.

My favorite is High Step Training Advanced. I love everything about that workout. Well, maybe is abs were added at the end it would perfect.

Hands down, BodyMax! Cardio, strength, endurance, circuits, abs and stretch for flexibility, it's all there in one awesome, kick @$$ package.

Is it cheating to say the GymStyles...since that is technically three separate DVD's? If I can't say that....I will have to say ME. Very tough decision!

This is an incredibly tough choice.:) If it's just one, it's gotta work out the whole body, and it can't be cardio -- for me, anyway -- because I'm a weights girl, so it's gotta be one of those endurance workouts. That means it's gotta be PH, my all-time favorite.

Step Blast, hands down. I love that routine. But after that, it would be incredibly difficult to rank them. Don't think I haven't tried!
 
This is too tragic to even contemplate! I wouldn't know where to begin! I guess if someone had a loaded gun to my head, I'd make a choice, but barring that, I can't!
 
What Katherine said. When I read this post I tried to pick just one but all of Cathe's workouts are so good in their own ways that I couldn't possibly single one out. Sorry!:7
 
Power Hour because it's just one perfect little workout. You can feel the burn, the music is great, and it's fast and effective. Just love it.
 
Youch. That's brutal.

Well, IF only one it would be ... um ... Power Hour. I MUST have weight training.

BUT ... I'd rather pick a series, and I would choose the Intensity Series. Everythings in there! :D

Whoe...That's a toughie!! I think if I could keep only ONE Cathe video I'd choose Step, Jump, and Pump!!

Number one: It's a circuit so you get decent cardio and great strength segments ta boot!!

Number two: that workout is super fun!!

Number three:I LOVE the step combos (you can power jig!!!) that fly by!!

Number four: S,J&P has awesome abs at the end.
