Cathe, STS Shock Cardio request...

Hi Cathe,

If you haven't already started filming, is there any way we can request that you include a background exerciser doing low impact versions of most exercises? I like to keep my cardio intense, but my knees pain free. I find that a lot of cardio is plyometric based, and I have to modify, modify, modify! If there was someone I could follow that just didn't do all the jumping, but did another version just as intense, that would be great!!!!

I ordered already, so it won't affect my decision to buy, just my ability to live into my nineties pain free! No pressure or anything...

I second this request....I've already preordered too--but hope & beg
for a lower impact person to follow...Low impact doesn't have to mean
lower intensity---it's just that some of us need a little easier version
to help knees, back, etc....This would be great. !
 
Cathe, please please please honor this request when and where possible in these workouts. I have to keep the impact low as much as possible. Although I have learned how to modify over the years, it would be so nice to have modifications performed during the workout so I feel more like I'm working out with you ;) I know this request has been posed a million times, and I very much hope you'll be able to offer a modifier for this series...

I'd love to see a modifier for low impact (but not low intensity). I can do a little high impact but have to start modifying pretty quickly so having someone to follow would be wonderful.

I totally agree. I'd love to see an intense low impact modifier that I can follow instead of having to make moves up on my own.
 
it would be also great for pregnant women!
Instead of having a workout specifically for pregnant. just a modifier will do that in any workout!
 
I also might be more inclined to preorder if there were modifications shown for the higher impact moves, as well as for complex choreography. The reason I do so much machine cardio is because I want the intensity without the high impact or fancy moves. ;)

I agree on both counts: someone who could show low impact (and perhaps modify some moves that could otherwise be torquey, like pivots) BUT keeping the intensity up there.
 
Hi Cathe!!

Please! Please! Pretty Please!! Have a modifier doing low impact high intensity moves on the high impact cardio workouts!! My poor knees would thank you kindly!! I am no longer able to do high impact, so I am no longer able to do some of your wonderful workouts. I do try to modify, but I know you would come up with better modifications than I ever could.
