Cathe/Running Rotation?

I would absolutely love and appreciate it if you could post a generic Cathe/Runner's rotation. I think your workouts have helped my running so much--particularly Plyo Legs and HiiT. But they are all so beneficial in different ways.

I plan to do more running this summer, with an emphasis on increasing my pace. I'm having a hard time working out the best way to incorporate running with your workouts to get the most benefit. For running, I would like to mix in a long run, a tempo run, and some type of speedwork each week.

Ditto! This would be fantastic! I have to have my regular Cathe dosage, but when I do, I don't get nearly enough running in and I have a 10K in October!

What do you say, Cathe? Are you up to the challenge? :eek:
 
I'm training for a half marathon in October and would also love to know how to incorporate Cathe during that time! When I trained for my first one I barely got any DVD workouts in, and I missed them like crazy!
 
Thanks gals! This is turning into a friendly petition.;) Obviously, I'm not the only one who can't do without my Cathe fix. Here's hoping Cathe has some advice for us.
