Yes, I ditto all comments here! I did intervals 4-7 + GS Legs today! Killer workout! Thank you Cathe and crew. I think Lowmax is one of my very favs!
 
I planned on ordering all the Hardcores at one time - now i want the LOW MAX RIGHT NOW! I am hoping my husband will get it for me for our First Year Anniversary present!!! August 2005!!! Wish me luck on that one - he thinks its ridiculous how many I have, but let me tell you if there was a fire in my house, I would grab my Cathe dvds - not kidding - before my pictures! My mother has duplicates of everything since the day I was born, so no loss there, but I coudln't bare to be without those dvds............hmmmmmmmm.....maybe I am slightly obsessive or I can look at it as DEDICATED! Thanks Cathe!
 
I wasn't even interested in Low Max when the series was announced. It is my absolute favorite workout of the HC series.
 
I loove LowMax! The high-intensity, low-impact of these workout helped me break thru a plateau (I had been running, high impact step, spinning). I've lost about 1 1/2" on each leg in three weeks!
