Cathe, love Lower Intensity Step!

I love this new workout. I did it in its entirety on Thursday and then did the cardio portion today (but with the weights from Boot Camp) and it's awesome. I like that though it's low impact enough that it doesn't hurt my injured ankle, it still has creative choreography. It's complex enough to be interesting but not too much. My second time flowed right through with no rewinding. I like that it's low impact but a little more complex than a lot of low impact workouts. I give it two knees up!

Next I'll be attacking the Kickbox workout. Hi-ya!

Hi Lainie! Thank you for sharing. I decided to go dancier with this low impact because my last offering, Low Impact Circuit, was more athletic and basic. I like to offer versatility to our versatile customers ;-) I will never please everyone with each offering but I enjoy knowing that there is something for everyone with my overall workout library. Take care of that ankle and see ya next workout!
 
Well, I absolutely LOVE the choregraphy on lower intensity step! It is funky and fun! My personal preferences lean toward the more dancy workouts and the cardio in this workout is easy to modify to a higher level, but is also a good choice for individuals who do not prefer a higher impact workout.

I just wanted to thank you for going dancier on the choreography in the step workouts. It was fresh, new, exciting and so much fun. The music was great too. I love all of the cardio and it's nice to have a choice of great 30-minute cardio workouts.

I too must compliment this totally FUN workout! I'm 21 weeks pregnant now and tried the cardio portion yesterday (thanks for all the awesome premixes too!). It was so fun, I can't wait to do it again. I watched the high intensity step, the bootcamp and the kickbox workouts, and they look so fun too! I can't wait until spring so I can try them!

Thanks again for the feedback everyone. What's your favorite move? During rehearsals we had the most fun with the hip hop repeater followed closely by the "whip it" front back 6 count mambo.

I also like the outer thigh sweep and the 6 count mambo. I have to do it again so I can remember all the moves but basically I just loved the whole workout.

My favorite was the cha cha over the step with triple back. Wwwweeee! But I do love the L step with hip hop and the outer thigh swing.
 
I just did this one tonight, and really enjoyed the more complex choreography also. I'm a big fan of the "step sweeps"... it makes me feel like Ginger Rodgers!
