Has anyone else been noticing a firming of their thighs & calves with LIVE? I've been doing those for a few weeks (I work out on average 4 1/2 days per week not including ball/roller massage) and I am! Woohoo!!
No, I do not. To be honest, I am not very good at following rotations of any sort, partly because I have some pain (myofascial pain syndrome, scoliosis). What I do is really just try to keep things balanced between upper, lower body etc. ...that type of thing.Elsie,, do you do a particular type of rotation using the Live workouts?
