In this exercise, the core is staying activated in a glute bridge position while the lower body and arms are working simultaneously with a ball squeeze and a pullover motion. This exercise is featured in the new Functional Barre Fusion workout.
The Barre Fusion workout blends muscular strength and muscular endurance in a bootcamp blended style using high reps and light weights. We’ll also use some fitness props such as the yoga mini ball, balance disc, and the fire walker loop, to create an even greater challenge as we recruit additional muscles.
Balance, coordination, and core strength will be highlighted, along with classic high-rep barre exercises to burn the lower body.
