about my weight selection for bis and chest. I am not struggling on the last few reps of my STS workouts for these body parts. I also am not getting any soreness the next day. My question is - should I redo my 1RM or should I just up my weights in the workout? Another thought is that since this is an endurance routine, maybe I am fine with not struggling? Can you guide me with the right choice that will help me achieve results?

I hope you don't mind my responding. But I'm pretty sure I've read that you should be struggling to get your last rep out. "Endurance" work doesn't mean it's not hard, it just means it's hard using more reps/lighter weight, vs. hard using less reps/heavier weight. The muscle only responds if you challenge it.

Why don't you just try going up a bit in weight and see how you do?
