Cathe, just last week I did your new DVD series and I hate to admit it, but I just can't keep up anymore! x( I start out using the 6" to 8" platform and have to modify to a 2" to 3 ". On top of that, I can not complete the whole workout at one time. I am lucky if I can go an hour non stop! My question is are these new workouts more intense or am I just starting to slow down with age? I have been working out with your hardcore and previous series for a month prior to starting your new workouts and could complete these(which was no easy task mind you!)Lacey said to me, "Mom Cathe is really working you out isn't she?" You would not believe the sweat that plasters my clothes and face. I guess I can not accomplish the higher intensity like I used to and need to modify to low intensity which I do. Anyone else having this problem? Maybe I should change my user name to "lowerintensitylisa" what do you think? ;-)
