I think you mean you got the 4 strength workouts. I re-read the post. Also, when I looked at the pre-order it says 11 workouts, which includes the 4 I asked about.

Oh sorry, Mea Culpa!. Yes you get all the eight bonuses, the ones you download while waiting and the cardio bonuses as part of the final downloads. That was the case with the other downloads I purchased lately, bonus workouts were included!
