It is OK to ask! Heck we all want different things. :)
 
I always exercise with the display on. I find it especially helpful on intervals. Sometimes I look, sometimes I don't--but it's there if I want it.

I love the countdown clocks Tony Horton uses in P90X.

They are motivating and let me know how far I am and what is up next....
