I just did the Cardio Blast premix and have to say I just loved it! I think this is my new favorite step workout! I can't wait to try the upper body work too!

I get mine TODAY. . . and I'm thinking it will be right up there with alternating slices of Ben and Jerry's Pistachio and New York Super Fudge Chunk ice cream. YUMMMMMMMMMMY By the way, I hope I'm right, since I've been having my fair share of that particular indulgence lately!!!

I did the Cardio & Weights 70 1/2 minute premix from BodyMax2 and LOVED it! Really fun step. I highly recommend it. Can't wait for a weekend to do the entire thing.

Cathe, this is my favorite workout of yours EVER. I could not believe it was 90 minutes -- it went so fast and I didn't want to stop! Then, this morning I did Drill Max. LOVED IT. I can't wait to do the other three! :)
 
I have to whole-heartedly agree. :) BodyMax2 is one of those workouts I'm going to have to force myself not to do (for fear of getting sick of it - not that that's going to happen soon.;-) ) It has everything - heart pumping cardio, intensity, great music, upper body, lower body, abs - what's not to love?

BTW, I did the "butts" portion of Butts and Gutts this morning and feel my heiny getting firmer already!

I had reservations about Body Max 2. First of all, I did not care for Body Max 1. Secondly, I was scared to death I could not do such intense moves.

Wrong!

I think Body Max 2 is a Masterpiece and so much fun that I forget I am actually "working" out.

Body Max 2 IS challenging, but it has got to be one of my all time favorite workouts.

I do it from start to finish and even the extra cardio!

Lowmax was my favorite, but now I think Body Max 2 is my favorite. This one will be in my weekly rotations for a very long time!
 
I did MOST of Bodymax 2 this am. Plan on finish the other 1/3 when I get home this evening - didn't have 90 minutes at 6:00 am!! Can anyone or Cathe give us a breakdown of the premix segments. It would be nice to know what I'm getting myself into to see if it fits my needs that day. Otherwise, I will go in and explore as I see fit. LOL. Thanks anyone! PS - I figure the double upper-body I can figure out!

I just did the cardio blast premix and I think that the choreography was some of the best ever. What fun! I was smiling and sweating through the whole thing. Can't wait to do it again.
