cardio fusion

Does anyone have cardio fusion? If so do you think it's worth getting? I do have the entire series. On my cardio days I often pick & choose from each one. wondering if it's easier to have cardio fusion. Thanks for any input.

I enjoy this DVD, especially the All Step premix (which helped me learn the step portion more efficiently). I have yet to do the super long mix ~ I'm saving that for a future rotation.

I love Cardio Fusion! Once you get the step routines down from LIC and BMax2, it's just so fun and the time flies by. You don't realize how hard you are working!

I love cardio fusion, too! IMO, all the dvd's in that series are great. I own BM2, low impact circuit, drill max and cardio fusion (butts and guts is on its way now!). The way I see it. You take some already supurb workouts, mix 'em up in a new way and *poof* you have just one more great dvd to add to your rotation. Get it! You won't be disappointed!

It looks like I'm the only one responding here who doesn't love it. This is one of my few Cathe dvd's that I rarely, if ever, use. I do prefer weights over cardio, so maybe that's it. Also, I don't think there is any "new" footage in this dvd that's not already in LIC, BM2, or DM. If you have those, you can make up your own cardio routines. Just my two cents!

I made a modification to cut the length and the boredom factor when I play CF straight through--I skip the warm-up (all of the warm-ups in that series are too long and boring, IMO), and use the BM2 step routine twice through as the warm-up. I like it much better, and keeps the workout right at about an hour.
