Cardio Fusion premix 2 (mixed cardio)?

I did this one just last week. It starts out with BM2 warm-up and then goes into the Drill Max cardio drills then a stretch. It is only 41 minutes long but it definitely gets your heart rate going strong. It's a lot of fun:p

I thought that it would be more mixed but I like it ok. However, I'd prefer to do the DM all cardio premix. It doubles up and is a killer!
