Just wondering who has done this? Is it tough??? What's it like?
C carolyn122162 Cathlete May 31, 2007 #2 I did this one just last week. It starts out with BM2 warm-up and then goes into the Drill Max cardio drills then a stretch. It is only 41 minutes long but it definitely gets your heart rate going strong. It's a lot of fun Carolyn
