Cardio DVD for the uncordinated?

I have KPC and love, love, love it. I want to get another cardio type workout. I am thinking alot about Cardio Kicks. Which of her step workouts gives a hard workout (ok, they all do!) but is easy enough to figure the moves in a few trys. I have endurance (ok on my good days I do!) so a long workout is great. I need to work my way up, learning her steps, to the more cordinated tapes. What do you sugest?

Cardio Kicks is a good learnable one, as is CTX Kickbox. In fact, IMHO if you can learn KPC to do it effectively CK and CTX-KB will be a snap.

Also consider Boot Camp; although this is a very different workout (1-minute blasts of mega-intensity cardio, leg endurance, upper body endurance and core) it is the essence of easy-to-learn and challenging-to-do.

If you're into step, consider of course the I-Maxes - simple choreography, intense moves.

MIC all the way! - the hi-lo is not complicated but it is TOUGH. The step is a little more complex but she breaks it down - I think more so in this video than in later ones. Even then, I don't think the choreography is that difficult - I have 2 left feet and this one is not hard for me at all! Plus, this video is a long one - over an hour. There's a step/power blast at the end (very easy choreography!)

have fun!
