Allie, in answer to your question, for the first challenge, I usually do the sprints at between 7.0 and 7.5 mph (I'm not a very fast runner) and I do the hills at 6.0 mph and about 4-5% incline, though usually by the last one I'm down to around 3%.
I am definitely in this month! I am in dire need of some motivation and positive thinking and this one always puts things in perspective for me. I am also now in awe of Shelley's hills at 6.0. I am usually at 4.0 for hills.('')
