Cardio Coach Press Play Saturday

I've newly caught the CC fever and I just downloaded PP. I'll try to do it tomorrow. If not, Sunday. Can't wait! }(
 
Allie, in answer to your question, for the first challenge, I usually do the sprints at between 7.0 and 7.5 mph (I'm not a very fast runner) and I do the hills at 6.0 mph and about 4-5% incline, though usually by the last one I'm down to around 3%.
 
Shelley- I'm in! I haven't had a date with Coach Sean in so long! Sounds like a great session! I'm set for 4pm!
 
I will be off & running as soon as DH returns from the gym. I'm on kid duty right now ;-)
