I haven't done this one in a while because it kicks my butt (mostly the first challenge) and I kind of dread it now. I really want to do it with all of you tomorrow, though.
Would anyone mind telling me what speeds and inclines they use for the first 15-minute challenge? (The one that alternates sprints and hills). I think I push too hard and always end up almost puking. NOT fun. But I don't want to wimp out on it either. I stink at CC's--I never know how to gauge how hard I'm working. I don't trust my HRM either. x(
When you do the hills in that challenge (assuming you're a runner) do you run up the hills or walk?
