Wow! I've forgotten how much I LOVE this workout! If you're in the market for some floor cardio you may want to consider this one. The cardio portion alternates between hi/lo and kickboxing (50 minutes). It's more of a steady state cardio workout, with a few higher intensity drills thrown in. It ends with some leg sculpting drills for about 15 minutes. It's a great one to pull out when you want to do some non step cardio but you don't want to kill yourself. I did it today and burned a little over 600 calories (I'm 5'7'' and 140ish) so that's pretty good for a non intense workout.
Oh, and yes this is another Kimberly Spreen workout ;-) .
