Canadians are you ordering the calendar?

Just wondering since CK Sales is not going to be carrying the calendar. I really want to order it, but I am concerned about the extra taxes, and duty that may be charged. With the exchange I don't want to end up paying $30.00 for a calendar.
 
Hey Storm I could have written that post! I would love to have this in my workout area but feel the same way as you do. As much as I'd like to I'm not going to order it. At least we have a 'heads up' on it now and can put it on our Christmas list for next year;-)

Not going to order... but would love to. I seem to get nailed on everything with super high duty. I may have it sent to my parents in NYC and bring it back next time i am home.
 
I live in Ontario and ordered the calendar. Being that the calendar is being shipped by mail as long as the value is $20.00 cdn or less you will not be charged any taxes or duties. Only if the parcel is valued above the $20.00 cdn that is when it can be (they don't always stop them) charge you taxes & duties and that really won't be that much depending on how many extra sticker sheets you order!)

I've put it on my Christmas wish-list for my parents to buy. If I don't receive it as a gift, then yes, I will buy it. It will go in my workout area, of course. Even if it costs me $30, that's still just over a twoonie a month; I spend that much every week just to get my 6year old to make her bed every morning!

I have decided to order to calendar because I'm hoping it will be a big motivator for me. Since it's Christmas, I figure it's worth asking for it as a present.
 
Hi, up untill a few weeks ago from reading the posts I did not even know CK Sales existed. I have always ordered from the Cathe Site and Collage Video, and knock on wood I have not been stung at Customs with those orders. I do put in the comment section please send as a gift. Between that and crossing my fingers I have been lucky. I did order the Cathe Calendar. Since I discovered Cathe, I just can't help myself! Mel
 
I am starting to re-consider now. I always seem to get stung for the duty though. It's been awhile since I've ordered from the U.S. so maybe I'll be lucky this time!
 
I asked for the Cathe calender for Christmas, hope to get
extra stickers. I love stickers:p

The duty / import taxes seem to be random.My last few shipments from fitness Organika snuck through with $80.00 US.I did however get nailed duty once on a $14.00 item.The best luck I had was the Billy Blanks Elite set -I even got the vitamins which are ilegal to bring in -no duty & I never got charged on my credit card from the company..It is all a game.One fitness presenter wrote gift value $0.00 and they sailed through.You might want to take the chance

I'm super tempted as I love stickers, but presently I have not ordered the calendar. I did order cardio fusion today though...yippee!
