CAN I DO STANDING LEGS YESTERDAY AND DO STEP TODAY?

I DID STANDING LEGS YESTERDAY,CAN I DO STEP IN MOTION TODAY?I LIKE TO DO MY CARDIO WITH CATHE?BUT I DIDNT KNOW IF THAT WOULD BE OK SINCE IT HAS LUNGES AND SQUATS.THANK YOU:)
 
I agree with Lorrayne. However, if your legs are really sore and/or tired from yesterday's leg workout, don't do the cardio lunges as deeply, or jump as much as Cathe.

Sure, why not? In this month's rotation, Cathe has us doing Standing Legs followed by cardio in the same day. It's like doing step with lead for legs, but it can be done!
 
I think it depends on how your legs feel. The first time I did S&H Legs, I had Step Blast planned for the next day. My legs were still shaky and rather than risk stumbling on the step, I did something else. Now, I have no problem with a step workout the day after a strenuous leg workout unless I increase my weights for a number of leg exercises, than sometimes they are still shaky the next day.
