Hey April, I CANNOT figure out how to do that. I have looked everywhere on the workout manager but can't find where to put my exercise/cathe DVD info...argh..
So, when you go the Workout Manager and your calendar comes up...
1) click on the number within the date box... any one will do until you get the hang of it...
2) when the next menu comes up, Select "ADD NEW" under the DVD Workouts line
3) a new box will come up that says "Schedule a Workout" and you will see a drop down box that has a complete list of all Cathe's current workouts... Pick the one that you are doing or did...
4) Once you select a workout it will automatically fill in the rest of the information. (be sure to read through the entire page, as there is an option to mark the workout "Complete" when you are finished and you access it the same way)
5) Hit Save... and all your info should be entered...
You can also do this with all the other workout types (Cardio, Yoga, Weights, and STS). I also believe that to be more accurate you need to enter your "stats" such as your weight, height, activity level, etc.. this will help make the data more custom to you...
You can also modify the minutes worked, since the WM does not yet list premixes, say if the standard time for a workout is 60 minutes, but you did a shorter timesaver premix and only worked a portion, say 40 minutes, you can change the time and it will adjust the calories...
Don't get too hung up on learning all this now as per SNM, the WM2 will be released sometime next week, but this should get you started
