Many people new to Cathe and her videos often ask why there hasn't been a ranking of Cathe's videos to help them decide. Let's end that right now!!!!
The Plan
I will categorize and list all the Cathe workouts that fall in that category. Then it's up to the long time Catheites to rank the videos in each category, with the 1 being the easiest in the group with the last being the hardest/nost intense/most challenging in the group. I will use these rankings as points and track each titles average score. After about 2 weeks (give or take the level the interest in this process) I will post a final list and ask SNM if they can sticky it so that it stays at the top of the page (probably in the Videos/DVD section). What do you think?
