Butts & Guts

Hi everyone,

I'm considering purchasing Butts & Guts. I already use Legs & Glutes, 4DS (with the lower body workout) and Pyramid Lower Body.

Would it be a worthwhile investment to get Butts & Guts? I just want to make sure its not basically repeating the lower body workouts I already own. If it does, then I would consider buying another of Cathe's dvds that I'd like to get.

Thanks!

I have B&G, Legs & Glutes, 4DS, and Pyramid LB, and in my opinion they are all worth having. It's great to mix up the lower body workouts, plus B&G has the abs section in addition to a bonus abs section, it's a must have!!!

I agree - B&G is quite different from the others. The others are all very much more weight-centric, where B&G incorporates a lot of other varieties of exercise including more functional activities, use of the band and stability ball and as previously stated, it has great premixes, too.

You gotta get B&G, it is different than the others. Of all the ones you mentioned, it is my fave. It's a toughie, though. The 1st time I did it, I had DOMS in places I didn't know existed, and almost didn't make it thru the whole thing. I've never really played with the premixes.

Both abs sections are good as well, I prefer the SB abs.

The premixes are awesome on Butts and Guts! I would definitely recommend that one. Very tough. I can barely do the low lunges (I think that's what they're called?).
