Bulky muscles?

Hi Timea,
Yes, I am doing Yoga and stretching.....I guess I am one of those who tends to bulk in the lower body as oppose to getting the long lean (real defined) look! Other people really like my legs, but I just wish I was one of those who had nice and thin legs!! Thank you for responding! :)
 
I am glad there are other people who are experiencing the same problem.:) Yes, I have been doing butts and guts for 6-7 months now(maybe more). There are great workouts, no question. But like I said, my upper legs are bulking up which I am not crazy about. Are we fighting genetics?:(
yes, Cathe does a total of 40-50 squats/lunges but they are variations to each one( like wide legged squats or narrow, forward lunges or backwards,...) + they are broken into sets and not continuous. The max number of reps she does for endurance training is between 16-24.
I wish she could answer this one!:eek:
