Thank you kathydaffy...she said exactly what I was thinking. Also, the total body Live's I've been doing lately seem a lot more advanced than this looked when I viewed it quickly. Now I know to be ready with some heavier weights nearby just in case.
Hi All....In my opinion the Boot Camp Body Blast workout catches up to you by the time you get to the third round of step blasts and then after that things really start layer on and heat up nicely. However, that being said, it is a very easy workout to make more challenging by simply raising your step height, making your barbell weight reach 20 pounds and using a stronger resistance band. Give it a try...you'll see EXACTLY what I mean...he he heeeeee
