Bonus Barre!

Hi all - I know there's been a lot of talk about the bonus heavy bag workout, but I didn't realize there's also some bonus barre footage! It's included in the Xtrain Legs workout...it's a mini turbobarre...just watching it made me want to cry...in the best way, of course!

Sorry if this was already widely known, but I didn't realize we were going to get this...I LOVE barre!

Thanks... This sounds like there may b some nice hidden surprises in xtrain! I do wish they would put up the rest of the clips for xtrain on youtube. I dont like the collage video ones.
