I really enjoyed this workout today! What I appreciate about both the band workout and this abs routine is that they are "just right"--like the story of Goldilocks and the 3 bears. Cathe takes you to a nice burn and then stops right before you're ready to say too much and stop or put the workout on your 'future dread' list. The only thing I will change on the bands workout is the overhead triceps work with the band. I will use dumbbells instead. I just don't like that move with the band because I chafe my hands on the handles, and sometimes the band pulls on my hair. The abs seemed very new to me and very do-able. 8 exercises, and once again, "just right." This is a really good set of workouts and I am very pleased.
