Hi Cathe! Let me first say your workouts are great! I had started your videos with high step circuit, moved to cardio and weights, moved on to power hour and imax 2 and then to boot camp and muscle endurance. I have found the rotation using body blast series and wondered if this is a good next step for me? or is it a step back? I don't know where to go from here. I also am a stay at home mom and only have 1 hour-ish in the morning to workout so I need to stay within that time boundry. So, do I go for the body blast series next month or just keep rotating what I've got? Thanks in advance, Deanie
