body blast series

Hi Cathe! Let me first say your workouts are great! I had started your videos with high step circuit, moved to cardio and weights, moved on to power hour and imax 2 and then to boot camp and muscle endurance. I have found the rotation using body blast series and wondered if this is a good next step for me? or is it a step back? I don't know where to go from here. I also am a stay at home mom and only have 1 hour-ish in the morning to workout so I need to stay within that time boundry. So, do I go for the body blast series next month or just keep rotating what I've got? Thanks in advance, Deanie:)
 
Hi not Cathe ,But I'm doing the body Blast series right now .I dont think it would be a step back for you at all . Its fun too !!

Hi Deanie,

If you haven't done a rotation yet, I second the opinion that the Body Blast would not be a step back for you. Well, even if you are "used" to Cathe's workouts by now, you can always find ways to increase the work!
Body Blast was my first rotation with Cathe, and it really was great fun. I lost fat, was able to increase my cardio capacity and endurance, and increased my lifting as well. I will be doing it again someday...but after I saw what Body Blast did for me, I bought almost everything else she put out so this month I am attempting her August rotation.
