I have been drooling over your premix sheets. What a potpourri of interchangeable workouts to suit our timeframes and fitness goals.
There are so many ideas of how to use these workouts that I'm not sure I can fit all of them in my workout schedule during one lifetime.:7
But I'm sure going to have tons of fun trying.
