Yikes, I think the premixes are going to be scarey... kicks, squats, more kicks, legs presses.. will we be able to walk the next day?
 
Looks gooood! I ordered the Kick Punch & Crunch in VHS to tide me over till the DVD comes. I'm excited about it!
 
Wow! This looks great! Can't wait - and yes I'll bet we're in for some great premixes as well. The premixes have become as exciting as the entire workout!
 
How many risers is Cathe using with the High Step during those hover squats?

I want to be able to know I'll have enough risers doing those hovers when my 14" High Step comes in.

Good question. I looked at a video clip from Leaner Legs where she does hover squats, and it looks like she uses 7 riser plus the top. I only ordered 2 risers since I have 4 from the 43" long step.
