I saw in the Xtrain clips that they're using blue tubing. When I went to the Cathe shopping page, I only saw red, blue and purple tubing offered. I have the green one that I've used for Athletic Training and other workouts. Would that be equal to the blue one, so that they're both mediums? Thanks.

XTrain medium Strength Resistance tube
It depends on the manufacturer. The blue resistance tube you see in XTrain is a medium strength resistance tube we sell on our site. We've used a green resistance tube in the past that was also medium strength. The definition of "medium strength" varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, so make sure to get a band that works for you.

I have both the older green tube and newer medium blue tube I bought when LIS came out. I'll be honest...that blue tube is quite a workout! It's a bit tougher then the green one. I later purchased the purple one (because I had elbow surgery) to lighten it up some and it too is a good strength.
If you like the green one, you can keep using it, but if you want a little tougher go for the blue. I can't even imagine how the red one is...lol.
