BFL for Wed Mar 05h 2008

Thanks Melissa, I wonder if I can buy a lighter bar and just add the plates I have to that bar. I'll have to check into that idea. Has anyone else done this?

Carolyn - usually the holes for the plates are much larger for Olympic than standard since the ends of the bar are so thick. I wonder if they sell some type of adapter though?

I'm a bit late checking in today, but don't worry, I'm not off track or anything. I am totally in sync with BFL. I got up early and did a BFL upper body workout this morning. Then after getting the kids to school I had physical therapy. My PT told me I was "very flexible" today. I was surprised as I never felt flexible before. She said it was hard to stretch me out because I was already so flexible. Weird. I guess I always compare myself to people in exercise videos who are in better shape and very flexible-looking.

Belinda, there are two separate recipe documents. One only has one recipe so far--awaiting others for that one. The one that says "Recipes for BFL" is the one with several recipes on it.

Gayle, congrats on your rise to power. Nothing will stop you now. Bwahahahaha. Or something. And wow, I thought I was well-prepared until I saw your food list.

Hello to Michelle, Carolyn, Melissa, Gayle, Sherry, Heidi, Kathy, Christina, Stephanie, Rhonda.... Man, I'm worn out just writing all the names--not time for more personals for now.
