BFL for Tue Mar 04th 2008

Hey Everybody:)

Today I ended up doing PUB. I didn't have enough time for the 4DS upper body that I had planned on.

I will join everyone tomorrow for 4DS Legs and Core. I have a tip/suggestion for the core work. In the part where your lay flat on your back and reach your arms high to the sky, I have been using an 8 lb medicine ball and that really makes a difference in the core. It also, for some reason, makes it easier on my neck. If you don't have a medicine ball, try a dumbell.

Let me know what you think of tha added resistance.

Also, BIGGEST LOSER:p I just saw a commercial that one of the guys, either Dan, Roger or Jay, exceeds the 100 pound weight loss. I wonder who will be voted off..

Great workout just the same!

I love abs with weights of any kind! I did the abs from LIS with the weight but actually found it too easy. I guess I need a heavier medicine ball! 20#'s? Oh Ya right!!!! :) ;-)

Tonight will be my first sneak peek at BL. I know that I won't be able to keep up with it when DH comes home though. He is the TV master. Oh well...I can pretend that I am out to a movie with you all.
